I lived in luxury TH And have 2 Zones. Carlos Sierra installed A/C and Furnace5/15/2020 And 3/28/2021. He comes and checks all of them twice a year winter and summer time. Thank you Carlos. Highly recommended. Very honest.

We moved into a new to us home about 5 months ago. Due to a serious issue with one of the furnaces, we had to replace it a couple of weeks ago. Today, with snow and ice expected in just a couple of hours, the brand new furnace shut down! We could not get a call back from the installers of this not only new, but quite expensive furnace. I saw a sticker with Sierra's name and number pasted above the furnace and I called. Of note is that this is a Sunday as well. Jim the owner, advised me that due to warranty issues I needed to get the service from the installing company, but he'd do his best to help me over the phone.
