Doctors are great and thorough. The office staff is AWFUL and incompetent. They cannot perform the simple act of responding to patients and making appointments, even after multiple requests, phone calls, and messages. DO NOT use the website to request an appointment. They ignore those requests and do not respond to repeated requests, phone calls, or requests to speak to an office manager. It also takes multiple phone calls to schedule an appointment. After you've scheduled, they often have to move your appointment. They tried to move mine to a time I could not do. I have been waiting since last July for an explanation on why it takes an act of God to make an appointment.... read full review

I’ve been going to Dr. Singh for about 5 years. He is definitely a very solid 5 star rating. He is a real professional. Smart, efficient, personable, honest, dependable, and caring. I trust him 100 percent each visit every visit. Great location, office and staff. I am proud to call him my Dermatologist and definitely would follow him…wherever he has an office practice.

I always had good experinces with Dr. Singh in the time I have been a patient at Dermatology Associates. So this review does not reflect on him but on the dysfunction I recently encountered in trying to make an appointment when I contracted a skin condition that was causing major discomfort for over two weeks. I called to make an appointment and was told by the person who fielded by call that the first appointment I could get was more than a month away. I told him I was in immediate discomfort and could not wait that long. His reponse was "OK." He offered no suggestions or whether another doctor in the practice could see me sooner.
