Absolutely awful and unprofessiona. We used them to remediate mold and they threw away our custom pool cover without a call, inquiry or any sort of communciation. This cost us $4,500 to replace and not even an apology from them. They clearly had no knowledge or what they were doing and simply trashed items without any regard. I can't even recommend 1 star for such an awful service. We are pursuing a claim and reporting to the BBB. Do not use this company.

Used SafeHome for a mold inspection on a house we were considering. Chico showed up on time, took samples, and made remediation recommendations in 2 business days.

Edgar Moreno has done a fabulous job with my clients. He takes the time to walk them thru the home pointing out each major home component. He answers their questions and concerns. He thoroughly checks water flow, pressure and if any leaks exist. He checked all systems and appliances. I've seen him check for polarity and wiring on inspections. If something is not right he writes it in his report. My clients have asked for the repairs to be made or negotiated a credit with the seller when possible.
