Alex and his associates’ service was outstanding. They were responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had to have the sewer pipe under my house replaced. I hired Rooter man because Alex Sounded like he was knew what he was doing, and in fact he did because of his extensive experience with this, and he was reasonably priced. He explained in detail what the solution would entail and gave me a timeline that they stuck to. His chief associate was very pleasant, and I immediately felt comfortable with the crew. They were clean, quick, honest and trustworthy! Best of all Alex and his associates were a delight to work with.

I am so grateful for Rooterman of Silver Spring, MD in sending Mr. Zack to troubleshoot stagnant water and leakage issues I was experiencing in my home. He was timely, professional and even allowed me to serve him while he was serving my home's needs to prevent further water damage to our home. Great experience with this company. I called on a weeknight evening and they came the next morning at the agreed to time. They did not charge to come out. They quoted a very reasonable fixed price up front before starting work and completed the job as agreed. I was very satisfied and impressed, so I decided to get an estimate on another plumbing project in the house, which also had a reasonable price.
