Love Dr. Diggs, but this place practices very predatory billing. They never bill for an annual wellness exam, only for specialty visits, which reimburse at a higher rate. I've reiterated on multiple years that a visit is an annual physical (which shouldn't have a copay), only to later be billed under a different code and charged a copay.
The office also lost my mother's Maryland MOLST form and encouraged us to fill out another during a visit, rather than send them a copy of the previous form. Then we were billed $50 for filling out the new MOLST, which insurance wouldn't cover. Of course we were never informed there would be a fee for completing the form, which...read full review
