Ingrid was the best with my bossy, chatty and nervous self. She was so sweet and patient during the entire process. The price was reasonable. The place was clean. I could not be more happy. This was an amazing experience for me.

Shannon, oh, Shannon, is amazing!!! I came in as a walk on to get my helix pierced before a viewing I was attending. she had someone before me, but filling out the paperwork on the iPad was easy peasy. once she was done, she examined my ear to see where she wanted to pierce me. I let her take the reigns and she decided on the final position. I got her last black titanium for my piercing. she was so quick to pierce me and the emotional service French bulldog was there for comfort. Shannon went over the aftercare prior to piercing me and after, she mentioned if I needed a repiercing due to location or if the earring falls out, she will do a complimentary repiercing which... read full review

I don't usually write reviews, but I think my experience merits one. I was kind of skeptical at first because the pricing of piercings is for once, *actually reasonable* at least for the dmv. But when I got there I talked to Shannon--who stayed late for this--and she was totally straight up about what piercings I had the anatomy for and didn't, as well as what piercings where safe and would last. I really appreciated her honestly, enthusiasm, and professionalism, as well as her warm and friendly manner. The piercing is new, so I can't speak towards healing so far, but the process was pretty painless and easy. She clearly knows what she's doing.
