Gina Rinaldi was supportive, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Hines Rinaldi for your funeral related needs. My brother’s illness was rapid. His diagnosis and passing all occurred within 5 weeks. During those weeks, I contacted Hines Rinaldi to have as much in place as possible. On the day, hospice contacted Gina and all was handled. The viewing- identification prior to cremation, which is Montgomery County or Maryland Law, was tasteful. The paperwork process was simple and quick.
