I have worked with a lot of chiropractors over the years and Dr. Mitra and Dr. Pouya are among the very best. My chief complaint with other chiropractors that I’ve worked with has been that I feel like I’m on an assembly line and receiving the same adjustments as everyone else even if it isn’t what I need. Dr. Mitra and Dr. Pouya, on the other hand, listen to the needs of their patients and customize each treatment and adjustment accordingly. They always explain what they are doing during treatment in easy to understand terms, their treatment plans are affordable, and they are just all around fun and nice people! I highly recommend them!

The Pain Relief Center is GREAT! Dr. Mitra & Dr. Pouya treated me with the utmost care and gave me new insight on how to recover from my auto accident in August! With recommendations ranging between what supplements to take ,to how I can maintain my healing thru stretches at home ! Being new to Chiropractic Care, I was very reluctant to the treatment ( scared of the process)! Dr. Mitra was more than helpful and patient with me getting comfortable to allow treatment ! Every visit is always a great experience at Pain Relief Chiropractic. Dr. Mitra has provided care for everyone in my family including my son. Dr. Mitra explains her process thoroughly before she begins each treatment. Highly recommended for aid with any type of joint pain and/or restricted motion.
