I would not recommend coming to this salon. Their payment machine is outdated so I was double charged for my eyebrows. When I called them the next day, the lady on the phone pretended not to understand english and told me to come into the salon the next day. I came in the next day with my screenshot from my bank and they again pretended not to understand english. I was told to come back the next day to speak to the boss that they could not even provide a name for. Now I will have to dispute the charge. They have subpar customer service when it comes to rectifying payments.
I visited Nancy’s Nails last week for a manicure and pedicure. This has been my go-to nail salon for the past few years, but unfortunately, I will no longer be returning.
I recently noticed that one of my toenails is discolored, lifting, and possibly infected. I believe this is due to unsanitary practices at the salon. During my visit, I saw my nail technician use the same clippers and other tools on multiple clients’ feet without cleaning or sanitizing them in between. This was extremely concerning, and I believe it may have led to my nail issue.

got these done the week of Valentines day and they are SO cute!! I’m obsessed. They are always so sweet when I visit.
The only con was my nail tech accidentally cut the skin near my nails while drilling and i had to bring it up a few times for her to realize like oh I should put ointment on it.
