MyEyeDr. provides exceptional customer service and care at their Four Corners location. From the attentive front desk staff to the knowledgeable optometrists, every aspect of the experience is top-notch. Patients appreciate the phenomenal service, personalized attention, and expert guidance in selecting the perfect frames. Dr. Tan Duong and staff members Katherine and Angelo are particularly notable for their patience, kindness, and expertise. With a focus on making each visit pleasant and stress-free, MyEyeDr. has earned a reputation for excellence and has become a trusted destination for eye care.
I like the staff as they are always so pleasant. But, this is our 4th year coming here and never fails that we have to wait so long to be seen at our scheduled time. Plenty of people walking around and but noone to do our initial exam before the doctor. Today, I have already waited 20 minutes and still waiting....I know they expect me as the patient to be on time. Please respect my time as well. I have a job and other responsibilities. Literally noone is looking our way to even offer an apology or explanation and now 30 minutes past my appointment time. Frustrating.
Catherine was wonderful. Very professional and very helpful. The doctor is always very thorough. Also great experience. They also applied great discounts. My appointment is always on time also.
First I didn’t come to the clinic to buy new glasses, I went just for a regular eye exam. The doctor made recommendation and advise me of new prescription. Katherine helped me to select few styles, she was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable, but most of all she was very patience with my time to make a decision on what price and style I want to go, she help me with the process and I am happy with my new glasses 🤓, I don’t share a pic cause I will get them in two weeks, I can’t wait ☺️ thank you Katherine!
