I took my mom for an appointment at the Silver Spring office, every one there was so nice. But, I want to acknowledge especially Emily. She did a wonderful job. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She even took her time to try to understand the foreign language my mom was speaking.

This first visit with Dr. Marzben was a pleasant appointment. He showed excellent understanding of my needs and concerns, and dealt with my test values in a thorough, but conservative manner. The staff was also quite skilled and efficient. I was glad, however, that I brought a book with me for the several downtime episodes waiting for the next step. The entire appointment took 1:50 - 3:40 pm.
Wow, what an efficient office with polite, attentive staff. Dr Marzban gave me the best pragmatic advice I have ever received about my eyes and prescription, saved me hundreds of dollars. He could have steered me to the on site optician to generate more revenue, but did not do that! I did notice that elderly patients needed some extra time with sign in kiosk and scanner, but staff helpful there, too. Thanks to Dr. M for such excellent care and honest assessment.
