Eli & Paula is the best in the DMV - Orig I was looking for a good place to get some work done in the DMV being from NYC ! After finding this shop I am relieved I can come get my sleeve !

Got an old tattoo covered up with a new one by Ingrid. She did an incredible job. The whole process was very smooth and the price was very reasonable. I’ll definitely be back for more work in the future!

I was there for the opening and I had a great experience. The atmosphere of the place is just perfect. The owners are amazing and they were nice and truly helpful with my needs. I stopped by to ask for a tattoo and a screen protector for my phone.
I saw some of the tattoos of some customers and they were cool!
