My husband had Billy come give an estimate to do repairs on our home awhile back. I did not like his vibe at all- he was very shady and ran his mouth at 100mph talking about himself. He did not listen to what we wanted, and didn’t give me a chance to ask questions. Actually, he was gross towards me and I felt uncomfortable in my own home. He definitely has the air of someone who goes home to beat his wife because he didn’t make it in life. He gave an absolutely outrageous estimate. I always do a competitive bid, and his was thousands above the three other quotations I received, all licensed professionals. KingCaire Construction did a superb job on our basement renovation and addressed long-standing and recent plumbing/electric issues. Our space feels more welcoming, warm, safe, and overall more inhabitable!Services: Install flooring

The site won't let me give Kingcaire construction a 6-star rating, but would if I could. We just completed an extensive renovation of our 100-year old home that ultimately involved all 4 floors and are thrilled with the results thanks to Billy and his team's skill, expertise and attention to detail. His team was our first choice from the start and will be for any future projects we may have.Service: Remodeling
