We've been going to Kessler's for years and we have always had a good experience with them. Dry cleaning and alterations all are high quality and the turn around is quick. We continue to go to them even though we've moved out of the area.
My family loves this dry cleaner and has been going here for years. Incredibly lovely and fast. They do an outstanding job at tailoring, and she always has suggestions about what the latest trends are in terms of pant length. We actually go out of our way to go this cleaner instead of one right around the corner from me because she's reliable and friendly.
The customer service, including the friendliness of the staff, quality and timeliness of the service, has been consistently outstanding during the course of my two decades as a patron of this business establishment. I look forward to each visit of which I routinely receive a warm welcome and greeting.
