I had my roof done by Jack's roofing before the pandemic. They were quick, professional, and did not leave any debris around my house, which was very important to me. Recently I had a small leak in my roof. All I had to do was call and they responded almost immediately and fixed it, no hassle, nothing.

I called for a very small slate repair that needed to be completed quickly before the sale of the home. Jack's was great. They squeezed me in, did the work as promised and their price was very fair. Such a refreshingly responsive and honest company. I put down a deposit but then was not able to work with them due to an issue with my existing solar panels and they sent a full refund, no questions asked. Also when we were picking shingles, they were very responsive to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. I was sad that we couldn't use them because our neighbors were also thrilled with them.
