I booked an appointment with Fresh Start Massage & Bodywork this week because I really needed a good massage. Additionally, I had recently completed a bit of yard work and had neck and upper arm pain I couldn’t relieve on my own. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly person name Lawrence. He was my massage therapist. I shared with Lawrence about the area I had discomfort with on my body and he is absolutely gifted as a bodywork specialist. My whole body massage was excellent and helpful as he addressed trigger points and worked out the kinks and stress in my body.
