My husband and I have had a wonderful relationship with Masoud Molayem, the Sales Manger at the FloorMax in Aspen Hill, MD. We live in a 10-story high-rise building in Leisure World and he did an outstanding job with the flooring and painting in our common areas—the lobby, all ten floor hallways, common kitchen and bathroom flooring, etc. So, when it came time for us to install flooring in our own condo, we did not hesitate to call Masoud. Our ten-story condominium in Leisure World, Silver Spring recently renovated our lobby and ten hallways. As chair of the Building and Grounds Committee in our building, I put a subcommittee together to work on this project. Having previously dealt with Masoud Molayem, Sales Manager, at the Silver Spring, MD office, we decided to bring him in to do the flooring portion of the lobby and hallway project. Masoud was charged with installing porcelain tiles and carpeting in the lobby and in the property manager's office and installing LVT in our party room kitchen, bathrooms, and sections in the party room. The lobby turned out to be quite the project, we had ceramic tiles that were originally installed about thirty years ago and became very difficult to remove. Masoud brought his best team in to deal with this and they did an outstanding job. His team also repaired some damaged walls and painted the entire lobby. After seeing how efficiently Masoud handled this project and because of the great results, we decided to use Floormax for the hallway carpeting and painting portion of the hallway project. The results with the flooring in the lobby, hallways and party room were outstanding. The painting in the hallways came out perfect and we are getting numerous compliments on the appearance of our building. We cannot leave out Robert who worked side by side with Masoud during this project to insure a perfect job. We also have to mention Frances who helped us when we picked up samples.
