A hidden gem in Silver Spring. Rose is great. Services are affordable. It's easy to miss from University Blvd so pay attention. No appointments needed. Call in before you go. However, be patient regarding communication.
Friendly and professional service. If you have trouble driving in tight spaces (tiny, tricky parking lot in front of their home! ) , this may not be the business for you. The business is located on a very busy section of University Blvd. Love ❤️ the personal service and jokes. :)
I've been going here for 15 years. The wife and I have been treated like their family! We thank you very much for your kindness. I would highly recommend Rose's haircuts. She is great with kids. :)P.S. The parking lot is tricky.
