Elite Bodies is life-changing! Jeff and Josiah push you to do things you didn’t think you could do! The atmosphere is energizing and the community is uplifting. I’ve never had a lackluster workout at this gym. I’ve been going since November 2023 and have loved it since day 1!
This is a truly special place. I just started working out 2 months ago, and have already seen results. This is all new for me, and this is the first time that I have felt like I have found a routine I can sustain (and that I enjoy). Jeff and Josiah are so knowledgeable, encouraging, and welcoming. I'm amazed at how personalized the experience feels, even with group classes - they check in and attend to each person there, making sure that that people are exercising safely and being challenged appropriately. The clientele is very diverse (age, race, gender, skill level), which adds to the welcoming and inclusive feeling. I feel very lucky to have found Elite Bodies!
This is a gem of a gym! Jeff and a Josiah are great, the interval workout is designed to work with your pace and your abilities and every time you come in it's a different set of exercises. It's a gym with a great vibe and a fantastic community.
