Gal did a great job! Very efficient, neat, thorough and considerate. He explained the problem well (we have a hairy dog and need to clean the dryer vent at least once a year). We will not hesitate to call Dr Duct again in the future.

I haven't had my dryer vent cleaned since pre COVID and I noticed dog hair was blowing into the backyard. Dr Duct was able to get us an appointment the next day. Our technician, Gal, was prompt and finished the job very quickly and efficiently! We will use them again next time we need duct cleaning.
