“I went in for a tooth extraction nervously after not going to the dentist in about 10 years. They made the process very easy, as all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and got me in for a follow up visit for the extraction only a few days after the initial consultation. They were mindful of any pain I was experiencing during the operation and made sure I didnt feel anything before they proceeded. The doctor and her assistant were very professional and accommodating.

Michelle Morris, my hygienist since 2008, is gentle, personable, and truly cares. She knows my whole family and always asks about them. I specifically ask to be scheduled with her because, after 17 years of familiarity, I genuinely look forward to her warm hugs and care. We love her!

I’ve recently been seen by another hygienist named Elly, who happens to share my name—we had a great time joking about it. He was kind, fun, and made the appointment fly by. I would absolutely enjoy another cleaning with him.

Dr. Poupard is another gem at Hillandale Smiles—extremely warm, patient, and gentle. Her bedside manner is calming and reassuring. I truly trust every provider at this practice.
