What can I say, other than that this company is simply excellent! Jay was extremely easy to work with in terms of checking out the old system, recommending a replacement at a reasonable price, and scheduling the work. And, then, yesterday Jay and his colleague installed the system in the least intrusive manner possible - including leaving the hallway (our place is in a multi-unit building) staging area and the installation area spotlessly clean. I cannot recommend Jay and this company highly enough!
I wish I can clone Jay. He's honest, very knowledgeable, always tries to help and charges a reasonable price. It's a huge peace of mind knowing I can always rely on Jay if I have any heat or ac problems. I also refer him out to my clients and friends any chance I get bc he's that good!
Jeremy just finished the job of installing my new AC. He and his helper did a fantastic job.
