Thomas was prompt, professional, patient, and well informed. He took the time to answer all our questions and thoroughly explained every step of the cleaning process. Our carpets look refreshed, and our home smells wonderful. The level of care and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. I called because they had a $69 special. They got here and they said it would be $400 to $800 due to our dryer vent. They did a great job and explained everything to me a little over prices given what we are originally expecting to pay, but our dryer ducks hadn’t been cleaned in a while so hopefully it was worth it
