Just want to share my sincere gratitude for Alfredo's above and beyond support. We woke up yesterday in a really tough situation with a roof/roof patio leak in our townhouse that was going through all four levels, and the company who installed the roof patio said they couldn't come out for another 48 hours. I had a great experience with Castro roofing. Contacted 3 different companies for a fairly simple job removing and AC unit from a roof and changing gutters. Other companies tried to make it more complicated to get more money out of it. I had my doubts about Castro roofing because they did not have as many reviews, but Alfredo was great, they called me the same day I submitted the estimate request, came the following day to check on the job, that same day I got the estimate, as soon as we were ready to move forward they scheduled us right away. They were quick, careful and clean while doing the work. They did an amazing job. Highly recommend them.
Replaced a skylight and inspected the others. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the right size. The price was fair. The job was done excellently and in a timely fashion. Highly recommend.
