After I broke my foot, I had several sessions with Kaleab in Silver Spring. I can't say enough nice things about him - he's fun, he's kind, and he is talented. He pushed me to increase the difficulty of the exercises, but always checked in to make sure we were in my limits, and I know he helped me increase my mobility and strength so much more quickly than if I had been doing it on my own. Thanks, Kaleab.
