I had a wax ring failure on the powder room toilet, that caused water damage to both the hardwood floor and the subfloor. The damage was to the extent where the subfloor buckled. The team arrived on time and ready to work immediately. They removed the toilet along with the pedestal sink, proceeding to remove a sample of the hardwood to match and purchase new flooring. Finding the exact match, the team went on to remove all of the old hardwood and removed the damaged area of the subfloor. The area was cleaned and the new subfloor and hardwood were installed beautifully. The toilet and pedestal sink were reinstalled with new caulking applied professionally. Carlos has done numerous projects for us. He helped with a whole home remodel and numerous smaller jobs like flooring, painting, dry walling, lighting etc over the years.
He is extremely personable and always does a great job. Highly recommend him!

5 stars are not sufficient to rate C&S. We contacted Carlos and Juan for what turned out to be a whole home remodel, and they were amazing. Juan developed beautiful plans - he took a 1970s traditional colonial with choppy, closed off spaces, and gave us a light-filled, open concept but still with some individuals spaces (which is what we asked for). Carlos and his team then did all of the work and their quality, attention to detail, and craftsmanship are exceptional. He and his guys worked 6 days a week, 10/11 hours a day, and sometimes more.
