I have used Bug Off Pest Specialists on a number of occasions. We moved into a new home and it came with a family of mice wreaking havoc in the basement. Cjei came in and immediately pointed out the obvious signs that the mice had been living in the home for quite some time. In a single treatment he was able to help us close up all areas of potential entry and treat the entire basement area. We haven't seen a single mouse since. We had him back a second time to treat the house for spiders. He is also great with critter removal! They are a family owned business and are very responsive, professional and their follow up is amazing. I highly recommend them!

I am embarrassed to say we used the same company five times before we gave up called Bug off. Bug off came and in one visit our bug problem was gone! We had them again today and they did not charge us for a different issue since it is covered by the contract and he even helped me with my computer! They go above and beyond and really know what they are doing.

We are in the process of selling our home in Maryland while living out of state. When we came down to work on the house, we noticed that squirrels had decided to live in the attic. We called Bug Off! pest management on a SUNDAY to leave a message. Jose, the owner, called us back within the hour and was out to our house soon after to set up traps. We were impressed by his and his wife's (Genevieve, who works with him) professionalism and concern. They not only cared about our situation but they cared about the animals they were trapping. They assured my wife and I that they “catch and release” as much as they can. Their pricing, we thought, was extremely reasonable, especially for a weekend! We highly recommend Bug Off. They are very professional, trusting, and ethical. THEY CARE. Oh, and by the way, they caught the squirrels!! Eddie & Pat
