We had a great experience with BMC when we got our air conditioning system replaced. We needed to replace the condenser coil and the compressor on the roof of a Victorian downtown DC. Beth and Mark were very responsive throughout the process. Beth was very knowledgeable and always had a good explanation and answer to all our questions. BMC installed a new air conditioning system in our home and did a fantastic job with a difficult installation.
in order to get the air handler in the Attic they had to disassemble it and reassemble in the Attic.
we have had them come a couple times a year to service the unit and replace material and they are always extremely responsive, accommodating, and reasonably priced.
