So thrilled with Blaine Windows. Blaine repaired, adjusted and made custom screens for windows in our circa 1920's condo. Great quality, price, communication, and expertise. Customer service went above and beyond: I forgot to check the top-down part of our windows when the technician was here. They were too difficult for me to open and close and Kyle made a return visit and fixed them in a snap. Our only regret is not calling them sooner. Highly recommend.

If I could give Blaine 10 stars, I would, Kyle and Tony did a phenomenal job of installing and Reid took my order and made everything happen so smoothly. My Andersen sliding glass doors needed to be replaced and I ordered them directly from the company. Blaine was one of Andersen's recommended installers. When I contacted them, they asked me to provide them very specific information so they could give me an accurate estimate -- I sent them photos so they would know what the job entailed. Hi All, I'm not sure why there's bad reviews on here. My experience is good. There's some friction if you have unique questions between getting the answer from the technicians but if you ask the phone operators, they will convey the questions and answers for you. They came out measured and assessed. I asked some questions and clarified the estimate. Eventually, I paid the down payment. After awhile I called to schedule the work. Work was completed as requested in a perfect manner. I would say there is some friction with communication, but with persistence, you can get answers and set up scheduling.
