We had a great experience getting a ductless mini-split installed by B.M.C. Clower. They patiently answered our many questions and provided us with a quality product and installation. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, from the estimator, to the scheduler, to the installation crew. We chose them because several of our neighbors recommended them and because they have great reviews on the Washington Consumer Checkbook. We will definitely contact them again for our future HVAC needs.
I've used Clower for a number of issues on my systems. the most recent visit was for seasonal checkup, and the technician, Dominic, did a great job and was very friendly and communicative. i would recommend Clower and Dominic!
BMC is as professional as it gets. Prompt, courteous, expert technicians we’ve been using for over 15 years. They are trustworthy and go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. During a brutal stretch of cold during the winter, 2025, our old furnace blew. Within 24 hours, BMC had a solid replacement option for us at a fair price and installed the new unit. I cannot recommend them enough. They are the best HVAC company I’ve ever worked with.
