Very low effort place in my experience. Seems like they try and get you in and out of the chair as quickly as possible. I got the lowest level pedicure and while I know it was the cheapest, they barely did anything at all. They tried to upsell me on a more expensive one each time I said I wanted the basic one. The polish was patchy. I felt like they rushed the whole thing, and then the time they made me wait post-pedicure to pay was longer than the pedicure itself

The ladies who work there can be a little loud with their conversations, most of the time I leave there with a headache.. they usually have the music on.. I rather hear the music then all that loud talking

For the cost you'd hope for more professionalism and customer service. More affordable and pleasant to go to salons in DC/DuPont circle with complimentary beverages and the burden of parking. Vibe was subpar. The nail technician I saw was the only staff member with skill and civility... the other five staff members were so loud. Talking to each other- more or less screaming from one room/corridor to the next providing NO relaxation. Thank goodness I had headphones but even then it was difficult to drown the yapping. Not to mention- it's not the first time I've seen this at a salon but when you get situated in your pedi chair the last thing I want to see... read full review
