I started seeing Dr. Ingram in October 2023 to help me recuperate from a sports injury, and three months later I feel like a new person! She took the time to do a thorough exam on my first visit, and I really appreciated her reminder during that session that even if I only felt a little pain it was still pain, and the goal was to get me to no pain. After getting past the immediate effects of my injury (which took about a month), we've been able to work on the more underlying issues to help ensure that injury doesn't happen again. Dr. Ingram is the best! She helped me with my recovery, and now I am fully recovered. Also, I am using the herbal muscle care shave that is all natural and homemade that has really added value to my healing process… it’s awesome!

Dr. Ingram really helped my daughter several years ago, so when my lower back and hip were bothering me and no amount of exercise and stretching helped, I went straight to Align Spine Health Center. I have seen marked improvement under Dr. Ingram's care. She is professional, efficient, knowledgeable, personable, and caring. She knows what to do to achieve the objective. I have huge respect for Dr. Ingram and have already recommended her to a friend with serious back issues.
