DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE!!!Amanda confirmed the night before that she would be arriving the next day at 4:30pm. I arranged my day around the time she would be arriving, spending most of the day organizing the house for the deep cleaning.15 min past 4:30pm, I text her in order to find out if she was on her way and what was her new ETA.After 5pm, I call management and find out she canceled my appointment without contacting me about it.So disappointing! I wasted all day waiting for a Deep Cleaning service that never happened.

I hired them through amazon. I wish I knew who they were before. VERY poor customer service. They showed up late for starters. Then they said they couldn’t complete the clean, got irate and cancelled my appointment. I order the cleaning service through amazon all the tine. I was very puzzled as why make an appointment and come and cancel. PLEASE stay away from these terrible cleaners and people.
