This company is very aptly named as they definitely should have been my first call! After discovering a hornets nest on my gutter, I panicked and called a large corporation who then decided to tell me AFTER my scheduled appointment window that there was a mysterious problem (it was complete crap) and they wouldn’t be coming to remove the nest. As I have an allergy and a phobia to anything that stings, my husband luckily got ahold of these wonderful people who arrived at my house within about 15 minutes, and technically after they had finished for the day already! They also charged significantly less than the large corporation. Will certainly be my first call from here on out!!!
It was my first time getting pest control for roaches in my house (and hopefully, the last time 😁). Leo, the contractor, was very kind and professional. He and his fellow worker had paper slippers at the ready due the the no-shoes request for my house. They were very thorough inspecting the house and were very knowledgeable and patient with the questions I had in regards to the roaches. As he inspected my house, he was quick to inform me that he doesn't expect he would need to come back for a second visit but to contact him if there are questions. In any work which I hire workers for, I look for the expertise, the ability to provide good customers service as well as the ability to empathize and think from the customer's perspective. In the case for First Call Pest Solutions, Leo provided sound advice in how to deal with roaches and let me know that he did not think a second visit was necessary. Clearly, this company cares about its customers over profits, a priority which is rare to see in big corporations. This personal attention care and detail to customers leads me to recommend First Call Pest Solutions with the highest confidence. Please call them for all your pest control needs!!
