My second-floor hot water heater decided to malfunction when I was on a cruise. I live in a townhouse/villa condo community. My next-door neighbor, (fortunately), spotted water running from my front door. To make a long story short, my condo manager recommended United Restoration; they used them before and were well pleased. From what I understand, United Restoration came out almost immediately and started the mitigation process. I arrived to see my home 2 days later.
