Had Bill and his staff prepare 10 table arrangements for my retirement party. They were great, delivered on time, and the flowers are still going strong after more than a week.

I'd always had pleasant interactions with staff picking out bouquets but ordered my corsage and boutonniere for prom here too. When I went to pick it up they were closed because they close an hour earlier on Saturday days, but they saved my left and left the order out side in a bag. 8/10 for flowers 15/10 for people

So incredibly disappointed with the boutonniere I received. They had to pick one white rose, that’s it. That’s all it was. I could tell the outer leaves had already been ripped off, no big deal. But the outer leaves that were showing were so incredibly lumpy and bumpy. It looked terrible. When I picked it up from the store I went directly home and did exactly what they said to do-put it in the refrigerator on a bottom shelf so it would not get too cold. Done. The following day I went to get it for my son and it had opened a little which would have been great had all the inner leaves not all been lumpy bump themselves. What was even worse was they were all folded in on themselves. Trying to fix it only made things worse. My son wore his very first boutonniere and it was hideous. If this is the care they take with one flower, I cannot imagine what an arrangement would look like. One rose. That’s it.

Order flowers to be delivered from here - one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The women was more than eager up until payment, everything after was as if I was troubling them buying flowers… I didn’t get to see the final flowers since I am out of state but would never order from here again and highly advise other not to as well.

Ordered corsages, boutonnieres and my wedding bouquet a few weeks ago! Sent simple photos i had saved from etsy for inspiration, never got to see the order until it arrived but everything was perfect!! my bouquet was stunning & their easy same day delivery made my wedding day so much less stressful! Would recommend to any bride!!
