I couldn't be happier with my experience here. I had hip replacement surgery in May. The thing I liked most is that Jason didn't just treat the hip that was operated on. He also knew that my other hip isn't doing so great and I have some L5S1 issues to boot. So he prescribed stretches and exercises that wouldn't aggravate those things. My recovery went great and I'll be back when I do my other hip in a couple of months.
Dr. Ashley was fantastic at facilitating my daughter’s recovery from persistent ankle pain due to sprains. She is knowledgeable, kind, and effective. We were sad to be recovered because we enjoyed going to her sessions soo much! I would not trust anyone else with my daughter’s dancer feet!
Ashley was wonderful with our son! She took the time to explain things in ways he could truly understand and helped him learn how to move his body safely, confidently, and in ways that support healing. We highly recommend Perform for Life <3
