Dr. Jason Cain worked with me dealing with my osteoarthritis in both knees in an attempt to put off surgery as long as possible. After I had my surgery, I went to him as soon as I was able and he worked with me for about nine months and I'm so glad he did. Dr. Cain has a very gentle manner and because of his experience, he knew exactly how to approach this rehab. Even when I was panicking, his calm and sure demeanor put me at ease and I was constantly amazed how much we got done without the serious pain I was anticipating. Highly recommend!!!
Thoughtful, holistic approach to PT. I arrived with both chronic and acute hip issues - I was in pain, and my ability to work out and train as an amateur athlete was very compromised. After completing my course of PT my pain was almost entirely gone, my range of motion increased, and I was able to do much more than I had in years. Best of all, I have exercises I can use to keep everything feeling good, and I know I can go back to the Perform for Life team if I ever need to. Highly recommend!!
