Hearing Solutions Audiology Center offers great doctors and staff who are very knowledgeable and friendly. Patients are treated like family, and the whole ambiance and atmosphere of the office is wonderful, from the receptionist on. Audiologists like Dr. Kristen, Cathi Robinson, Dr. Kostkowski, and Dr. Lily are kind, patient, caring, and attentive. One patient spent $6,000 on hearing aids elsewhere and had constant issues, but after one visit, adjustments worked perfectly with no further problems. Another patient brought in a terrified 4-year-old, and the audiologist made all tests seem like a game, so the child had fun. For a grandmother, a doctor went through all details for hearing aids and how to connect them to home devices. Patients feel their lives have improved from having hearing aids and are grateful for the thorough, compassionate care. Many say they would not go anywhere else and give five stars for the experience.
Do you think all Audiologists are the same? You could not be more mistaken! I spent $6,000 on hearing aids and I was constantly adjusting them, changing listening modes, and going back to my 1st Audiologist for adjustments and fine tuning. Nothing worked. Then I discovered a close friend had the same brand as me, but had no issues whatsoever. I decided to visit Dr Kristen at Hearing Solutions in Severna Park and she adjusted them ONE time and I never have issues. I still can’t believe the difference. Do yourself a favor. Make the appointment.

I brought my daughter in for an evaluation after she didn't do so well on her hearing test at the pediatricians. We saw Cathi Robinson and she was absolutely amazing! My daughter is 4 and was terrified about seeing the drs(mostly because her last appt she received shots). Mrs. Robinson was polite and great with my daughter, she made all the tests seem like a game and my daughter had a lot of fun. If we need an audiologist again, I will definitely be back!
