Before purchasing, I did research and seen other properties Grand Villa homes were working on. Most definitely impressed with their craftsmanship and attention to detail. This made it easy purchasing my home from Ken and Grand Villa. I have to say, they really honor their warranties and go out of their way to make sure their customer is upmost priority.
