The customer service was outstanding. They came out the same day to tackle an A/C issue that had been ongoing for years. The technician worked diligently to fix it and provided practical solutions to prevent future problems. However, after he left, the issue seemed to resurface. I reached out again, and within hours, a couple of technicians and even the owner arrived to ensure everything was sorted out. It's been almost a month since then, and a problem that had plagued us for over two years, despite attempts from several other companies, is finally resolved. The service at Bayside is excellent! They responded to the online request for service within the hour and then came out very quickly. They helped us with our issue and then followed up. We highly recommend them!
