Hear many horror stories about building a home and dealing with builders but Bayberry must be the exception. Outstanding experience and still loving the house unreservedly. Well built, well designed and great value. We really appreciated the guidance from Mike on where to spend money and where to save. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience working with Mike Bailey and Bayberry Homes. We started our build at the height of the pandemic but Mike was able to keep us on track and on budget. We're not sure how he pulled it off against such a challenging backdrop, but we can't express our appreciation enough for Mike's determination and resilience.The quality of Mike's work is fantastic. He pays attention to the details and does not cut corners. We also had very positive experiences with all of his points of contact for architecture, tile, countertops, electric, plumbing, appliances, flooring, landscaping, etc.Thanks again, Mike!
