The quality of our home is truly outstanding, and Mike’s attention to detail is evident in every corner. He is calm, warm, and incredibly easy to work with, which makes a huge difference during what can be a very stressful process. We also had a unique situation building two homes at once—our primary home and an ADU (Additional Dwelling Unit) for my father-in-law. After months of searching, we came across Michael Bailey and Bayberry Homes due to the beautiful design of the homes. From the start, Mike worked closely with us given our budget and needs, in addition, to monthly check-ins, and house "walk throughs" throughout the process. Mike when above and beyond to add finishing touches that made our home unique. We couldn't be happier as we hit our year and a half mark of living here. Hear many horror stories about building a home and dealing with builders but Bayberry must be the exception. Outstanding experience and still loving the house unreservedly. Well built, well designed and great value. We really appreciated the guidance from Mike on where to spend money and where to save. Highly recommend.
