Dr Manganelli is an amazing chiropractor. I moved 40 minutes away and thought I'd find someone closer. I visited several other doctors. I had bad experiences, bad adjustments, bad billing practices and bad conversations with muscle bound troll man-boys pretending to be chiropractors! He is worth the drive!

Unbelievable how great Dr. Manganelli is! This is the third time I have gone in nearly unable to walk in excruciating pain...and each time...the next day I have felt incredible improvement. Communicative and helpful in answering questions, going through the process to make patients comfortable this is truly a gift the Back & Neck Care Center. THANK YOU! Living out of town I literally wait to visit family to see him because there is nothing like having that feeling of hope when your back goes out. I just know he is going to make it work and improve.

Dr. Manganelli and Dr. Friday are the best!!! They are wonderful doctors. They're a husband and wife team- and I go to both, because they each have a little different technique, and both get AMAZING results!! You can tell they really care about their patients. I feel so much better after every visit. I wouldn't trust anyone else, DEFINITELY recommend them!!
