After seeing great reviews in the community, I decided to give Slo-Flo a call for my annual back flo water test, and tankless hot water heater flush. The gentlemen showed up on time, were very professional and infomative. They answered all of my questions. They showed me everything they were doing every step of the way. The results of the back flow test were sent on the spot. After the hot water flush was completed, they were kind enough to take off the cover and inspect the insides for any signs of concern. I called SLO-FLO to fix my slow draining kitchen sink. I had an appointment set on my first call and the sink fixed the very next day. The plumbers were professional and knowledgable. I will certainly use them again and can't recommend them enough.
