Slo-Flo is an outstanding company. I had a sump fail on Memorial Day weekend and we were in the middle of 12 hours of rain! They came within a few hours of my call, installed a higher horse power sump and even replaced my flaking cast iron lid. They saved my basement. And their price was excellent. I was quoted much higher by a “big” firm. Having used the other company for the more expensive, under powered sump, just 2 years ago; I went with Slo-Flo. I urge you, give them a try. After seeing great reviews in the community, I decided to give Slo-Flo a call for my annual back flo water test, and tankless hot water heater flush. The gentlemen showed up on time, were very professional and infomative. They answered all of my questions. They showed me everything they were doing every step of the way. The results of the back flow test were sent on the spot. After the hot water flush was completed, they were kind enough to take off the cover and inspect the insides for any signs of concern.
