I had an issue with my hot water heater. We called around and they were the only company that worked with our warranty that answered ( on a Saturday). Unfortunately, we were outside of their servicing area. The gentleman who answered went ABOVE AND BEYOND to provide information to help us, by providing information to assist us in getting the process started with our reference number and explaining the warranty to us.
I had a plumbing leak in Glen Burnie and he was able to help me identify and replace the p-trap for the upstairs bath tub.
