The technician Mohammed came out the same night, diagnosed the problem, and had my unit work in 7 minutes, no exaggeration. There was no additional for after hour service call fee, and how fast he had it working was amazing.I hope I don't have any other surprises with the A/C this summer or any other, but if I do, Rocky will be the first company I call, right after my insurance...lol

I called Rocky HVAC at 7:20pm and they had their technician to my house by 7:50. They diagnosed my problem quickly (bad capacitor causing the compressor to not run), had the part on hand to fix it, and our ac unit was back up and running by 8. They made sure everything was functioning and that the levels of coolant were sufficient. Very nice and pleasant guys. 30 day warranty on the fix. Price was reasonable for how fast they came to my house and were able to fix my issues. Definitely would do business again.Service: A/C system repair
