I can only speak to my experience with Carmen as the cemetery manager for the past three years where I’ve buried three relatives here during that time.
Carmen has been so diligent about making sure our family has all the necessary pieces to our vision of our plots and headstones. He’s gone above and beyond to triple check designs on engravings and has even worked on getting a custom graphic on a marker that we needed for one individual. The customer service leading up to burial, day-of, and as headstones and things get made post-funeral - we’ve found him to be very responsive and easy to get ahold of.
I stopped in to the office at Wicomico memorial park to ask for the location of a grave. It seemed like a simple request that could be quickly given. Instead I was told by the one person in the office that they were busy and to telephone them in a couple of days and maybe they could help then. She had no ideal how far i had driven to find the grave at the cemetery. It was just rude of her. If their records were decent they could just have a card index and let visitors look up the locate themselves.
