Oil burner started acting up Saturday night and then today it just locked out. I called Taylor and they had someone come out in less than an hour. Chris showed up and was very professional, explaining everything to us. Telling me what to check and do the next time, if it happens again. He also cleaned up after himself, which my previous service company never did. Because of him I will be signing up for the yearly contract for both oil and ac.

Jay Taylor came to my home in freezing cold weather to make sure I had enough oil to get through the night until they could deliver in the morning. I called at 7:00 PM when I got home to a very cold house where I had run out of oil which was my own fault. I got a call back from Jay, the owner, who said all the trucks were booked. I agreed to wait until morning but Jay called back a little later and let me know he was going to come deliver enough to get me through the night. He, the owner, stood outside of my house delivering some oil and waiting until the furnace was reset and heating my house. Amazing friendship and Amazing customer service. Called at 9am to get a refill on our propane and was told they would be here this week. It sure was. The truck arrived before noon. Fast, Friendly service insuring they take care of their customers. Thanks Guys!
