From the moment they picked up the phone, I could tell they were different. It was obvious they cared about my emergency and made me a priority. As soon as I walked into Smiles Family Dental, I felt bright, warm, and cozy atmosphere. Not only was the facility clean and welcoming, but the staff were also kind and friendly, which made me feel at ease right away.
What impressed me the most was Dr. Grace's approach to care. She didn't just focus on treating the surface-level problem but took the time to look for potential underlying causes. Throughout the treatment, she thoroughly explained the condition of my teeth and the procedures she would perform, ensuring that I understood everything. This was my first visit at Dr. Joseph Heher with my two sons. As new patients, the staff was very nice and polite as well as the doctor.Everyone engaged in conversation and the dental hygienist were very patient with my two sons while cleaning their teeth. My family and I felt welcomed and really enjoyed our experience. We look forward to building a relationship with this new dental office for they made us smile, laugh and feel comfortable!
