My down coat was destroyed by my lab puppy. My usual dry cleaner couldn’t patch or repair the holes due to the damage. However, the staff here were able to help! They were very direct with me about their goals and the cost. I am so appreciative for all their help!

Been going here since 2010. Resoled several pair of boots and shoes. He resoled my Birkenstock Arizonas today. All excellent work. New Arizonas - $153; new soles done with birkie material - $65. And no break in required! 😌

I got excellent on the spot service. I needed LLBeen duck shoes leather laces rethreaded and tied as well as more holes punched in the Coach bag leather strap. Price was very reasonable.
